Edmilson Conge is the co-founder of BYTEC, where he leads Product Development and Innovation. He turns ideas into digital products that solve real problems for Mozambican people and businesses, in line with BYTEC's mission to drive digital inclusion and the digitalisation of Mozambique.
At Zuri, the ride-hailing and women's empowerment app, he acts as product manager: he leads the technical team and makes sure the product's vision is reflected in how it is built.
He also develops Paga, a ticketing and payments platform for events, and AgendAki, a booking platform for clinics and salons. He brings the experience of the projects BYTEC has delivered in mobility, logistics and business services.
He believes Mozambique can produce world-class technology. That is why he shares his journey as a founder openly, to inspire the next generation and show that great products can be built in Mozambique, by Mozambicans.
